What we collect

When you book a service or send us a message through this website, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, the address where the vehicle will be parked, your vehicle's year, make, and model, your preferred date and time, and any notes or message you include.

That's it. We don't use advertising pixels or cookies, and we never collect payment information through this website. You pay in person, by card or cash, after the work is done.

We do keep a simple count of which pages get visited, so we know whether the site is doing its job. It runs without cookies, doesn't store your IP address, and doesn't follow you to other websites. The next section explains exactly what it records.

How we use it

We use your information for exactly one thing: scheduling and performing your service. That means confirming your appointment by text, finding the vehicle, bringing the right oil and filter, and following up about the job if we need to.

We don't send marketing emails or texts, we don't build profiles, and we will never sell or rent your information to anyone.

Who we share it with

Three third-party services touch your data when you use this site:

• Formspree. Our forms are delivered through Formspree (opens in a new tab), which processes and stores your submission so it reaches us. Their handling of your data is described in the Formspree privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
• Google Fonts. This site's typefaces load from Google's servers, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page loads. Google's handling of that request is described in the Google privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
• Vercel. This website is hosted by Vercel (opens in a new tab), so their servers deliver every page you load. We also use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits. It records which page you viewed, which site sent you here, and general details like your browser, device type, and country. It does not use cookies, does not store your IP address, and does not build a profile or recognize you on other websites. Beyond those three, we share your information with no one, unless the law requires it.

Cookies and browser storage

We don't use cookies, and neither does our visit counting. If you start filling out the booking form, your answers are saved temporarily in your own browser (session storage) so a page refresh doesn't wipe them out. That draft never leaves your device and is deleted automatically when you submit the form or close the tab.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and contact details as long as we need them to serve you, so we know your vehicle's oil spec next time and receipts for your maintenance records stay accurate. If you'd like your information deleted, just ask and we'll remove it from our records and from Formspree.

Your choices

You can always skip the website entirely and book by phone or text at 817-521-0932. And you can contact us any time to ask what information we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted.

Children

This website is for booking vehicle service and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we ever add a new service to the website (like online payments), we'll update this page and the date at the top before it goes live.
