When Chance moved to Rogersville, he noticed something: getting a dependable oil change usually meant driving to Kingsport or Morristown, then sitting in a waiting room for an hour.
After nine-plus years keeping Marine Corps aircraft flight-ready, where every torque value gets checked and every step gets documented, that seemed backwards. An oil change is 30 minutes of careful work. It shouldn't cost you half a day.
